Many of you had some pretty good comments about the video. Some were concerned whether the data is current. I will try to find out the date of that video and see if there is an updated version. There will be more to come, so watch for the next!

So, we are moving into the second week of Term II. Since both Biology and Ecology are participating on this blog, we will continue to discuss topics that may be of interest to both classes. So, here we go....

America's dependence on foreign oil... When do you think North Americans (who are we to claim the term "Americans" when there are the South and Central Americans, as well!!)will realize that we must be more fuel efficient? Do you think that there is a "must"? Will it be the price of gas, a complete economic crisis crash, or what? What will it take before you will realize this point or will you? Will there every be a price too hight to pay for gas? What do you think? Please support yourself. And try to write at least 4 sentences!!! (10 points to you if completed by Friday, Oct. 31, 2008 at 7:20 am.)
